Checking payments by hand doesn't scale. Every order that waits on a person is a customer wondering whether their money went through. Paybob removes the wait: it matches each payment to its order in seconds, day and night.
From payment to confirmed order
The flow is the same for card processors, mobile wallets and bank transfers:
- Customer pays. Your customer picks Stripe, PayPal, a local wallet or any connected gateway, and pays into an account you own.
- Paybob receives the transaction. Transaction details arrive from your connected payment source in real time.
- Matched to the order. Amount, reference and gateway are checked against the right order automatically.
- Order confirmed. The order status updates, your customer carries on, and a webhook tells your own system.
What Paybob checks
Before an order is confirmed, Paybob checks three things against it: the amount, the reference and the gateway. Every check is recorded, so you have a full audit trail for each transaction.
Orders confirm themselves, and customers get instant confirmation instead of opening a support ticket.
Your money never passes through us
Paybob is non-custodial. Payments go straight into your own gateway, wallet or bank account. Paybob only verifies them, so there's no payout to wait for and no balance held on your behalf.
Connect your own system
Webhooks notify your system when a payment completes or is still pending, and the REST API lets you create and verify payments from any website or app. The API reference covers every endpoint.
